Go to www.americancollegeofnursing.com and click on "Referral Program".
Fill out the electronic form and click on submit. You can also request a
hardcopy "Referral Program" form.
It is our goal to proactively follow up on referrals. You
will be copied on the email communication to the prospective student for
verification of information to ensure accurate and timely process of the
referral. |
| Referral Fee Pay Out |
Once the student has completed three (3) months of the
program, American College of Nursing will send you 50% of the
referral fee. The remaining balance will be sent when the student has completed
70% of the program. The receive full benefit of the referral fee, the student must be current in financial obligation to the school. The referral fee will be reversed should the student cancel or withdraw from the program at any given time. |

| Optional Gift Item |
| In lieu of referral fee pay out, gift item will be equal or
of lesser value inclusive of sales tax. Gift item will be awarded upon
completion of 70% of the program. |
| Gift card may be an option to maximize full amount of
referral fee pay out. |
